How much does a house cleaner cost in Montréal?
Most recurring residential cleans in Montréal run by room count rather than a flat hourly rate, with one-time deep cleans priced higher than recurring visits. See the full breakdown, including studio, 1BR, 2–3BR and add-ons, on the pricing page.
Do you clean Airbnb properties outside the summer short-term-rental window?
Yes. Montréal's short-term rental rules limit most residential-zone STR listings to June 10–September 10, so we also offer standard recurring cleaning the rest of the year — useful if your unit converts back to a long-term rental or you host in a permitted zone year-round. Can you work around winter salt and slush?
Yes — entryway mats, floor treatment and baseboard salt residue are part of our standard checklist from November through April at no extra charge.
Is 2 hours a week enough for a regular clean?
For a maintained 1–2 bedroom home, a 2-hour visit is often enough to keep on top of kitchens, bathrooms and floors. Larger spaces, pets, or a first deep clean typically need more time — we'll flag it in your quote rather than rush the job.
